Tagliabue and Casella
1799 instrument maker Caesar Tagliabue established a company in Holborn.
Before the end of 1820 he had moved to no. 23 Hatton Garden in the heart of London’s scientific instrument making community.
1838 Tagliabue took his son-in-law, Louis Paschal Casella, into partnership into the business of barometer makers[1], changing the company's name to Tagliabue and Casella.
1840 Partnership change. '... the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, William Henry Phillips, Francis Anoni, and Caesar Tagliabue and Louis Pascal Casella, as Manufacturers of Improved Arnott's Stoves, carrying on business in Wardour-street, Soho, in the county of Middlesex, and also in Hatton-garden, in the same county, was this day dissolved by mutual consent: and that all debts due to or from the said late partnership will be respectively received and paid by the undersigned Cesar Tagliabue and Louis Pascal Casella, of No. 23, Hatton-garden aforesaid:...'[2]

- Tagliabue, John, barometer maker, 11 Brooke Street, Holborn
1844 following Tagliabue's death, Casella took over the running of the firm, buying out the interests of his sister-in-law, Antonia Marina Tagliabue, in 1845.
