'...any Partnership that may have subsisted between us, the undersigned, James Marshall Strachan and Walter Ernest Brown, carrying on business as coachbuilders and Motor Engineers, at Wales Farm-road, Acton, in the county of Middlesex, and Earls Court-road, Kensington, in the county of London, under the style or firm of STRACHAN AND BROWN, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 17th day of October. 1928.
