1893 Established by James Francis Stevenson at Belper.

1908 Moved to the Amber Dye Works, Ambergate.

1951 Acquired by Thomas Tilling.

1963 Acquired by Nottingham Manufacturing Co who also acquired the remainder of Precision Processes (Textiles) not already owned by Stevensons[1] - later became Coats Viyella.

1984 was still a subsidiary of Nottingham Manufacturing Co[2]

2006 Works closed.
