1921 F. H. Pochin and H. S. Pochin Ltd was an auxiliary factory of Standard Engineering Co of Leicester. Presumably this was then joined with Oswold Stott (Engineers) to form the company.
1922 Directors were Oswald Stott, H. S. Pochin, F. H. Pochin, and C. H. Millman
presumably later became Standard and Pochin Brothers
