1963 Introduced a simple gas-fired central heating system, Servowarm

1964 was a subsidiary of Birwelco, of Chester Street, Aston.

By 1966 Servowarm was so popular that the company was employing more than 1000 installation teams.

1974 Part of GKN Building Supplies and Services Ltd

By 1982 was a subsidiary of Societe Generale de Belgique; acquired Medway Windows[2]
