'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Hughes Sargent and George Petts, carrying on business at 2A, Prince of Wales-road, Kentish Town, in the county of Middlesex, under the style or firm of Sargent and Petts, as Bicycle Manufacturers, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 23rd day of June last.
