S. Goodby and Son, of Petit Street, and of Merridale St, Wolverhampton.
By 1889 was making the Peerless Direct Steering Roadster, which was a strongly built machine, with dropped 'V' frame and four bearings on the axle. Also available was a Juvenile Peerless.
