1848 Born in Eltham, son of George Buchanan Wollaston, architect, and Julia Adye Catherine Wollaston[1]. A relative of Dr Wollaston, a prolific scientist who invented the landscape lens, amongst many other thins.

1877 Married in Caroline Elizabeth Harper in Sherborne, Dorset[2]

1881 Engineer employing 25 Men & 9 Boys, lived in Bromley, Caroline Wollaston 26, Herbert A.B. Wollaston 2[3]

1883 Dissolution of Wimshurst, Hollick and Co, of which Wollaston was one of the partners

1901 S G Buchanan Wollaston 53, expert in photography, lived in Sidmouth, with H J Wollaston 17, E M Wollaston 16[4]
