Russell was a small firm that produced motorcycles in 1913.

The machines were assembled from bought-in parts and had capacities of 172cc and 492cc in ohv form. The engines might have come from Blackburne, Precision or JAP.

The motorcycles were not seen in the buyers' lists or at the major London shows.
