THIS greatly improved Composition is recommended to Manufacturers, Colliery Owners, and all Persons using Steam Engines, Mills, and Machinery, Carriages, Stage Coaches, Stage and Rail-road Waggons, Carts, every de- description of Agricultural Implements, &c.
