1923 Robert Potter and Sons, 50 Helen Street, Govan, Glasgow, was registered as a private and unlimited company, with capital of £75,000, to carry on the business of ironfounders and engineers.[1]

1940 The company re-registered as a private limited company, with capital of £37,500.[2]

1966 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
