'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Dennett, Colton Maw, and Frederick Ingle, carrying on business as Builders and otherwise, under the style of Robert Dennett and Co., at Nottingham, London, and elsewhere, was this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Colton Maw.
