'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Dennett, Colton Maw, and Frederick Ingle, carrying on business as Builders and otherwise, under the style of Robert Dennett and Co., at Nottingham, London, and elsewhere, was this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Colton Maw. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said Robert Dennett and Frederick Ingle, who will continue the business on their own account...'
