1916 Obituary [1]

RICHARD EVAN DAVID, born on the 10th February, 1889, died at Maesyfelin, Pontyclun, Glamorganshire, on the 8th January, 1916.

He gained his practical experience in the service of the Llantrisant and Llantwit Fardre Rural District Council, afterwards acting as Assistant Engineer on water-supply, sewerage, road-construction and other work.

He was elected an Associate Member on the 14th December, 1915.
