1894 Robert Cripps was a cycle machinist at 26 William Road, West Bridgford.

1897 Company formed; at 273 Arkwright Street, Nottingham, cycle manufacturer.

1910 Premises at 31-61 Lower Parliament Street; retailer of motor cars.

1965 The business survived at this address until at least 1965.
