1914 Commenced producing an i/c engine but paused during WWI and re-commenced in 1918 [3]

1919 Producing the Dependable engine

Mid 1920s Experimented with the Powell motorcycle but without any great success

1927 Company went in to liquidation and the engine pattens were bought by Cudworth and Johnson
