1890 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Frank Passenger and Alfred Abraham Phillips, carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle 'Manufacturers, Engineers, and General Machinists, at 43B, Penton-street, Pentonville, in the county of Middlesex, and 56, White Lion-street, Pentonville aforesaid, under the style or firm of Phillips and Lea, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 1st day of November, 1890. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by.the said Alfred Abraham Phillips, by whom the business will in future be carried.on...'[1]
