Wine merchants. Peter Dominic was the brand name of Paul Dauthieu, a Scotsman of French heritage.

1939 First outlet established in Horsham

1963 Acquired by International Distillers and Vintners who then renamed their approx 350 off-licences as Peter Dominic.

1972 Watney Mann took over IDV and in turn they were acquired by Grand Metropolitan (later Diageo)

1991 The outlets were acquired by Threshers and re-named as Threshers
