1889 The Empire Diamond Dwarf Safety Roadster was made by Perry, Richards, and Co.

1889 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, William Richards and William Molineaux, carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturers, at Herrick-street, Wolverhampton,under the style or firm of Perry, Richards, and Co., was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said William Richards, who will in future carry on the business at the same place, under the aforesaid style of Perry, Richards, and Co...'[2]
