1946 Parnall Aircraft Ltd was renamed Parnall (Yate) Ltd[1].

1948 Parnalls had developed a utility brand of cooker and were developing others for export; also made the "Wringlet". Subsidiaries were[2]:

1953 Acquired Ewart and Son [3].

1955 Acquired Thor Appliances Ltd from Thor Corporation of Chicago; for some years Parnalls had manufactured Thor automatic washing machines, distributed by Thor Appliances[4].

1958 Radiation acquired Parnall (Yate) Ltd[5].

1961 Jackson Industries closed its Luton factory and transferred production to the Parnall factory at Yate[6]

1967 Parnall was mentioned in the defence document when Tube Investments bid for Radiation[7]
