1972 The shareholders of the company were Northern Dairies Ltd and Melwood Investments Ltd
Built a new bakery on the site previously occupied by Honeywell Mill.
1976 Name changed to Park Cakes Ltd
1984 The company was a subsidiary of Northern Foods.
1986 Name changed to Park Cake Bakeries Ltd
