1829 Mention of Nicholas Whitworth and Benjamin Whitworth in Drogheda legal matter.[1]

1834 Action for bankruptcy. '... a Commission of Bankrupt, bearing date the 27th day of October 1831, awarded and issued forth against William Whitworth, of Manchester, in the County of Lancaster, and Nicholas Whitworth, of Drogheda, in the Kingdom of Ireland, Corn-Factors. Dealers, Chapmen, and Co-partners, ...'[2]

1845 February 22nd. Died. 'On the 22nd ult., of typhus, Mr. Nicholas Whitworth, of Drogheda, formerly of Manchester, in the 70th year his age.'[3]

1856 September 4th. Death of his wife. 'On the 4th inst., aged Mrs. Sarah Whitworth, of 16, Clifford-street, relict of Mr. Nicholas Whitworth, late of Drogheda.'[4]
