1951 60 percent interest in the company acquired by Thomas Tilling[1]

1953 Head office in Dudley. Acquired 75 percent interest in Coventry Electrical Appliances[2]

1979 Acquired A. M. Lock and Co.[3]

1982 Acquired Wellco Electric from Wellco Holdings[4]

1983 Became part of BTR when Thomas Tilling was acquired.

1990 Wellco Electric and Hopson Bridgers were sold to Electrocomponents[5]
