1919 Morris and Jones (1919) Ltd was incorporated to acquire a company of similar name.

At least for 1919-20, the company had a motor garage managed by David Reid

1922 Name changed to Morris and Jones Ltd

1930 Letterhead said "incorporating the sugar and grocery business previously carried on by Lovell and Christmas (Liverpool) Ltd (Geo. Wall and Co)"

1962 Merger with David Jones and Co to form Morris and David Jones

1969 Part of Morris and David Jones[1]
