1901 Weetman Dickinson Pearson gained oil concessions in Mexico which he subsequently developed into the company[1].

1908 Company registered in Mexico as oil producers, refiners and distributors[2].

1909 Acquired from S. Pearson and Son their oil concessions and interests in parts of Mexico.

1910 Mexican Eagle Oil Co share offer in Britain

1912 Weetman Dickinson Pearson formed the Eagle Oil Transport Co to transport the products from his newly developed oil fields in Mexico.

1919 Shell-Royal Dutch acquired a controlling interest in Mexican Eagle Oil Co by purchasing the shares owned by S. Pearson and Son[3].

1959 Canadian Eagle Oil Co company was taken over by Shell
