1933 Maxwell M. Hart Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £14,000, to acquire and carry on the business of landscape architect and recreation ground contractor carried on at 162 Buchanan Street, Glasgow, and elsewhere, under the style of Maxwell M. Hart.[1]

1981 The company, now trading as Maxwell M. Hart (Glasgow) Limited, went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
