Manganese Bronze Ltd of Ipswich

1962 Name of Manganese Bronze and Brass Co shortened to Manganese Bronze from 1 January[1]. Acquired Patent Die-Casting Co[2].

1963 64th AGM of Manganese Bronze Ltd when the company was converted into a holding company Manganese Bronze Holdings Ltd. A new subsidiary was established: Manganese Bronze Ltd to hold the Wrought Metals Division and Sintered Materials Division, both at Ipswich.[3]

1969 Sale of Wrought Metal Division and group research laboratory to Delta Metal Co[4].
