1934 Company formed to develop the London Air Park and Aerodrome at Hanworth; held one-third of the shares in Flying Training Ltd; a significant number of shares in the company were owned by Blackburn Aircraft Ltd[1]

1934 Took over London Air Park from General Aircraft; planned to improve the clubhouse and related facilities[2]

1938 Blackburn Aircraft acquired the shares in the company that it did not already own[3]

1944 Acquired the freehold of Hanworth Aerodrome[4]

By 1956 the company was known as London Air Syndicate; some of the land at Hanworth was sold to Middlesex County Council[5]
