'...Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Frederick John Lloyd, now residing at Upper Villiers street, Blakenhall, Wolverhampton, in the county of Stafford, Bicycle Manufacturer and Clerk, and Samuel Leek, now residing at Church-lane, Wolverhampton, in the county of Stafford, Bicycle Manufacturer, formerly trading in copartnership at Church-lane, Wolverhampton aforesaid, as Bicycle Manufacturers, under the style or firm of Lloyd, Leek, and Company....'[1]
