1925 Light Steelwork Ltd went into voluntary liquidation and was acquired by J. Charles Moore, late manager and director.

The new company was entitled Light Steelwork (1925) of which he became managing director. The offices were transferred from 178, York-road, N. i to 25, Station-road, Harlesden, NW. 10 (close to Willesden Junction Station).[1]
