Lancer were motorcycles built in Coventry in 1904.

This machine had an upright Minerva engine, set in a diamond frame, belt drive and braced forks. They listed machines of 2hp, 2.75hp and 3.5hp, along with a free-engine option. The enterprise was short lived.
