1895 Partnership change. 'The Copartnership of KINNEAR, MOODIE, & CO., Builders and Contractors, Edinburgh and Glasgow, of which David Kinnear, Builder, who resided at West Craig, Perth, and John Robertson, Builder, Glasgow, were the sole Partners, was DISSOLVED, on 19th October 1893, by the death of the said David Kinnear, and since then Mr. Robertson, the surviving Partner, has been winding up and realising the affairs of the dissolved Concern. Mr. Robertson is also carrying on business for his own behoof under the same Firm name of KINNEAR, MOODIE, & Co. (Signed) ROBERT KINNEAR, WM. 1954 Kinner Moodie (Civil Engineering) Ltd was incorporated as a public company to acquire the company.
Developed a Drum-Digger for digging tunnels in clay which was used on the construction of the Victoria Line in London
1962 Acquired by Mitchell Construction Co
