Kinipple and Jaffrey

1891 Mr. William Jaffrey, who had for a number of years been Chief Assistant to Mr. Walter Robert Kinipple, became a partner and was associated with him in the execution of all works until Mr. Kinipple’s retirement on considerations of health in 1896.

1893 Built the theatre and Pier Pavilion (later called the Jolly Roger) for Clacton Pier.[1]

1896 Mr Kinniple retired; Mr Jaffrey continued the business on his own[2]
