1871 Dissolution of the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by Joshua Horton and William Horton, under the firm of Joshua and William Horton, at Smethwick, in the county of Stafford, in the trade or business of Boiler and Gasholder Manufacturers; all debts due and owed to and from the late firm are to be received and paid by the said William Horton alone who will carry on the business under the same title or style of Joshua and William Horton as heretofore.[1]
