Brewery founded by Richard Joseland (1770-1823) and continued by his son George Joseland (1793-1862)

1807 Established. George Joseland and Sons, Foregate Street, Worcester. Brewers and wine merchants.[1]

1888 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Joseland, Alfred Joseland, and James Black Miskin, as Wine and Spirit Merchants and Brewers, under the style or firm of George Joseland and Sons, at No. 7, Foregate-street-, No. 7, Friar-street and Sansome-street, all in the city of Worcester, has this day been dissolved, by mutual consent, so far as concerns the said James Black Miskin and that all debts due from and owing to the said late partnership will be paid and received by the said George Joseland and Alfred Joseland, and the undersigned Harry Bertram Keitley, who has entered into partnership with the said George Joseland and Alfred Joseland in the said business under the said style or firm of George Joseland and Sons...'[2]

1891 Partnership change. '...the Partnership between the undersigned, George Joseland, Alfred Joseland, and Harry Bertram Keitley, carrying on business as Brewers and Wine Merchants, at the city of Worcester, under the style or firm, of George Joseland and Sons, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 1st day of January, 1890, so far as concerns the said George Joseland, from which date the said business has been and will in future be carried on by the said Alfred Joseland and Harry Bertram Keitley, under the said style or firm of Geo. Joseland and Sons...'[3]

1894 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Alfred Joseland and Harry Bertram Keitley, carrying on business as Wine and Spirit Merchants and Brewers, at the city of Worcester, under the style or firm of George Joseland and Sons, has been dissolved...'[4]
