1919 John Scott and Watson Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £3,000, to take over the business carried on at 78 Berkeley Street, Glasgow, under the style of the Kildust Company, and the business carried on at the Phoenix Chemical Works, Pollokshaws, Glasgow, under the style of Scott and McQueen.[1]

1970 The company was dissolved.[2]
