Late Blake and Parkin

1855 John Parkin, of Sheffield, surviving partner of the late firm of Blake and Parkin, and late carrying on business in his own name, as a File and Steel Manufacturer, assigned his estate and those of Blake and Parkin, unto Edward Liddell, Bank Manager, Alexander Schwarcow, Merchant, John Fowler, Steel Refiner, and William Thompson, Type Founder, all of Sheffield aforesaid, in trust, to sell and convert the same into money in manner therein mentioned, and as to the proceeds after making the payments therein mentioned, as to the joint estate of the said firm of Blake and Parkin, for the creditors of the said firm, and as to the separate estate of the said John Parkin for his creditors rateably and in proportion to their several debts, .....
