With his wife Sarah Hubber (age 40 born Crediton) and their four children; Frank Hubber (age 15 born Exeter); Bessy Hubber (age 13 born Exeter); Eva E. Hubber (age 6 born Exeter); and Alice A. Hubber (age 3 born Exeter). One servant.[1]

1914 December 23rd. Died. Of 14 St. James' Road, Exeter. Probate to Frank Hubber, Plumber, Bessie Southwood (wife of William John Southwood), and Alice Ann Pengelly (wife of Robert Pengelly).
