1882 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership hereto fore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Edwin Standfield and Frederick Warner Jones, at the city of Exeter, under the style of the Exeter Bicycle and Tricycle Company, was, on the 1st day of February last, dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due to and from the said copartnership will be respectively received and paid by the said Frederick Warner Jones, who will continue to carry on the said business under the said style of the Exeter Bicycle and Tricycle Company...'[3]
