1903 John Baird Limited, of 99 Milton Street, Glasgow, was incorporated with capital of £20,000, to carry on the business of glass manufacturers and merchants, engravers and glass stainers.[1]

1921 A new private company of the same name and at the same address was incorporated, with capital of £50,000.[2]
