1905 Company incorporated

1907 The Company was wound up voluntarily; a new Company to be named "James D. Carter Limited" was incorporated.

Agreements between the Company and its Liquidator of the one part, and the proposed new Company of the other part, and between the Lamson Paragon Supply Co Limited of the one part, and the proposed new Company of the other part, were to be approved by the EGM. McIon James D. Carter was Chairman of the meeting[1].
