1918 Advertising Kensitas cigarettes. J. Wix and Sons, 175-6 Piccadilly, London.[2]

Connected with F. L. Smith

1927 members of the Wix family sold J. Wix & Sons Ltd. to the American Tobacco Company of New York

1968 Acquired by Gallahers.[3]

1970 Gallahers to close Stratford factory of J. Wix and Sons producing the Kensitas and other cigarettes.[4]
