Mr. FLEMING was educated at Public and High Schools in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and attended the University of Manitoba, graduating B.Sc. in 1921.

He was on the staff of the University for one year, before joining the Manitoba Power Company in Winnipeg, and was then resident engineer on the construction of a temporary railway in connexion with an aqueduct for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He joined the staff of C. D. Howe and Company, Port Arthur, in 1924, and was a partner in this company from 1933 to 1935.

In 1936 he was appointed President and General Manager, which position he still holds.

Mr. Fleming has been associated with the Engineering Institute of Canada since 1917 and a member since 1927.
