1887 Richard Hobbs Taunton and Howard Lane, carrying on business as Howard Lane and Co, presented a petiton for winding up Gulcher Electric Light and Power Co[1]

1889 Engineers. The company merged into Taunton, Delmard, Lane and Co on 20th January [2]
