1891 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Thomas Hirst, Richard Edward Leech, and Henry Earl Cartwright Peacock, as General and Furnishing Ironmongers, at No. 70, Briggate, Leeds, in the county of York, has been dissolved, as from the 31st day of March instant, by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing from the said copartnership will be received and paid by the said William Thomas Hirst and Richard Edward Leech, who will continue to carry on the said business on their own account...'[1]
