1879 Partnership dissolved. '...Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Ashmore Hill and James Wills the younger, carrying on business as Engineers and Bicycle Manufacturers, at Sylvester-lane, Sheffield, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Hill and Wills, was, on the 18th day of July, 1879, dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due to and owing by the said late partnership will be received and paid by the said Robert Ashmore Hill, who will continue to carry on the business on his own account...'[1]
