Established in 1794 at Falmouth by Henry Bath and his eldest son.
Removed to Swansea in 1820. Opened in London in 1865, and in Liverpool in 1875. Continued by various successions, but always continued under the same title.

1914 Present Principals: Henry Bath (sixth of the name) and Thomas Vaughan Anthony, both of London.
