1885 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, John Hugh Haughton and Fred Mangnall Haughton, trading in copartnership as Bicycle Manufacturers, at No. 4, Moss-street, in the city of Liverpool, in the county of Lancaster, under the style or firm of Haughton Brothers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to or by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by the said Fred Mangnall Haughton, who will continue the said business under the style of Haughton Brothers...'[1]
