1872 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership between us the undersigned, Henry Harrison and Philip Clayton, lately carrying on business as Millwrights and Engineers, at Cotton End, in the parish of Hardingstone, in the county of Northampton, under the style or firm of Harrison and Clayton, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by the said Philip Clayton alone, and under the style or firm of Harrison and Clayton...'[1]
