1981 Haden Young (Leeds) Ltd was renamed Haden Electrical

1986 BICC acquired the Building Services division of Haden Carrier
2000 BICC changed its name to Balfour Beatty plc; Haden Young was a subsidiary of Haden Building Services Ltd, which was a subsidiary of Balfour Beatty plc.
2010 Power Transmission Ltd changed its name to Haden Young Ltd
