1882 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, James Thomas Grice and James Booth, carrying on business as Metal Tube Manufacturers, at Sheepcote-street Tube and Rolling Mills, Birmingham, under the firm of Grice, Grice, and Booth, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Booth.[1]
